Student Vehicle Registration Form

NON-GOVERNMENT VEHICLE REGISTRATION

1. During your duration at the Joint Forces Staff College Base, your vehicle must display either a valid DOD sticker or a visitor’s pass.

2. Print out the Temporary Vehicle Registration Application [pdf] and fill it out completely.

3. Bring the completed form to the pass office in room B-112 to receive your pass on orientation day.

4. Please bring your insurance card, I.D., drivers license, and vehicle registrations with you.
