- Be a Commissioned U.S. Officer, Grade O-4 and above, or U.S. Government civilian of equivalent rating.
- Have credit for JPME Phase I at an Intermediate Service School or an approved equivalent.
- Be selected by an individual Service, U.S. Combatant Command, DOD or non-DOD government agency.
- Interested individuals should contact their personnel manager or assignment manager.
- No Security Clearance required.
