Be a U.S. Government civilian equivalent of a commissioned officer in the grade of O-4 and above, who has experience in complex contingency operations, reconstruction and stabilization operations, or expects an assignment to a staff or organization that plans for these operations.
Non-U.S. Government civilians may be enrolled on a case-by-case basis.
Interested individuals should contact their personnel manager or assignment manager.
A Security Clearance is not required to attend the JIOPX Course.
