Recent changes to JFSC IO courses:

  • The IO Division offers two courses to satisfy the needs of Combatant Commanders and the career IO force. The Joint Information Operations Orientation Course is a one-week overview of joint Information Operations. The Joint Information Operations Planning Course is a four-week course that includes the same subject matter as the JIOOC, and adds three weeks of intensive experience in the Joint Planning Process. Attending JIOOC is no longer a prerequisite to attend the JIOPC. Please see our updated FY-08 schedule.

  • The Joint IO Planning Handbook has been updated. The current version is January 2007. This new edition is a major change from previous editions to make it a more useful tool for IO planners. Continue to forward change recommendations to the IO Division at JC2IOS-IO@jfsc.ndu.edu or JC2IOS-IO-QUOTA@jfsc.ndu.edu
