The Joint Transition Course (JTC) - MASL P17016 is a one-week prerequisite course for all International Fellows prior to attending JCWS. JTC is a consolidation of a much broader curriculum and is intended to give the International Fellows a concise overview of the basic elements of the Joint Professional Military Education Phase I and introduce the organization and the planning processes associated with the United States and its Department of Defense.
