There are several thousand U.S. Armed Forces senior enlisted students and civilians (worldwide) enrolled in the SEJPME Course. Emails are answered in the order they are received as quickly as possible. Although we strive to answer requests within 24 hours (time of day of receipt dictates), please allow 2 business days for us to respond. We appreciate your patience.

Student Handbook - Students that wish to read a complete copy of the Joint Forces Staff College Student Handbook should make a request for a copy to the college registrar before enrollment. Contact JFSC Registrar at: registrar@jfsc.ndu.edu. Please include the words "Student Handbook Request" in the subject line of your email. Or call 757-443-6124 (DSN 646) M-F 0730-1500 EST. Thank you.
Certificate Requests - Students may log into DES at https://www.jfsc.ndu.edu/des/ to access their certificate upon successful completion of SEJPME. Requests for copies of course completion certificates can be made to the JFSC Registrar at: registrar@jfsc.ndu.edu or call 757-443-6124 (DSN 646) M-F 0730-1500 EST.
