The Senior Fellows are retired general and flag officers, ambassadors, or civilians of equivalent rank, with significant experience and expertise in joint, multinational, and interagency operations. AJPME uses audio and video clips as well as written products to incorporate their insights into almost every distance-learning lesson. During the final in-residence session, the Senior Fellows will teach selected portions of the course, lead discussions, present case studies, receive and critique student staff briefings, and counsel student groups during the program. Within the college, Senior Fellows also periodically participate in curriculum evaluations and curriculum reviews. The Senior Fellows are true mentors to the student officers - the future joint warriors who will plan and lead our nation's military forces.
